Broken app. It seems like when there is an update or if I don't open the app every so often it completely throws me out and I can't access anything. I still get emails like my workouts are tracked but it doesn't recognize my log in and it won't send me a password reset link. When I try to make a new account it says there is an account already under my email. It's so annoying I wish I didn't need to use it for my gym log in.

Worst app ever. The only r Thing it is good for is scanning your barcode. I tried to join challenges to earn points which were never credited. I attempted to contact customer service at PERKSVILLE who run the app. They told me to contact eGYM who created the app. eGYM in turn told me to contact my local gym which is where I started. Thos app is a JOKE!

This app used to be good before covid. Seems like it got the covid virus and never recovered. I have an android phone. I used to be able to register and unregister for classes from this app. I can no longer do this for the past couple of months. When I select a class, I get moved to another screen to select register (or unregister) and it says that there is an error and takes me to some billing screen where i need to log in again. Once I log in again then I still can't register.
